However, over a long period of usage, it gets problems. When something goes wrong with your Vulcan gas convection oven, you need to know how to fix it. So, we are here to help you by giving some Vulcan gas convection oven troubleshooting tips.
Blower Motor Does Not Run in "Cool Down or ON" Position
Look at the following things to resolve this problem.
Variations in the line voltage.
Malfunction with the power switch.
Switch, S3 malfunction.
Malfunctioning with the interconnecting wiring.
Check for the inoperative motor.
Blower Motor Run in "Cool Down", but not in "ON" Position
See if there is a malfunction with the door switch.

The error code will display on the oven's display. It will alternate between the code and the unit's cavity temperature. If you didn't find the error on display, check for environmental noise, electrical noise or vibration.
Er01 - ROM Checksum Error
It will be caused by an internal ROM malfunction. You can fix this error with the cycle power.
Er02 - RAM Checksum Error

Er03 - Ambient Sensor Error

Er04 - Configuration Error

Er05 - EEprom Error

Er06 - Zone 1 A/D Underflow Error
